SESSION 2 - APG & UATP
Ralph Kaiser is President, CEO & Chairman of the Board of UATP. Appointed in 2003, he has launched and led several important UATP growth initiatives resulting in network charge volume growth of US$ 7 billion. Among these achievements is UATP’s new DataStream suite of products which has lowered the barrier to entry for Issuers and provided state-of-the-art data management tools to UATP corporate customers. Previous to his appointment as CEO, Kaiser was UATP General Counsel.
Before joining UATP, Kaiser worked at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. (Ex-Im Bank) as an advisor to the senior management and the Board of Directors for both organizations. He holds an MBA from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University and a law degree (JD) from the Emory University School of Law.

Born in 1971 in France, 2 children. Sandrine de SAINT SAUVEUR is graduated from San Diego State University in Finance. Employed by APG since 1993, she worked in all passenger departments of APG in charge of developing sales both of the French market and European markets together with APG GLOBAL ASSOCIATES Since 1999, she has developed the IBCS-IATA product and has been running over 800 contracts around the world. In 2003 she became President & CEO of APG DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM , full subsidiary of APG. In April 2007 she has taken over APG France and became President & CEO. Since 2011, she is also in charge of the incorporation of APG Global Associates network into APG INC and acts as Managing Director of APG INC.
